Rain falling this empty and cold night
Time contorting like a boa snake
unifying past and present with future
like in a Tarot game for royals
sitting on the bank of Euphrates
I remember Babylon,
the beauty of all times
sadness invades my heart
Tokyo by night,
a blue moon rising over a lonely beach
the smoke of my cigarette,
I draw with henna on my hands
Mendhi,
life is just a journey in the land of the dead
elephants passing by into the Indian sunset,
the cycle of reincarnation,
in my room smoking,
this air of desolation invading everything,
Hannibal crossing the Alps with elephants
Roman Empire declining,
on Southern Seas ghost ships are crossing
the ships of Cristobal Colon still searching
the way to India,
I am tired to wait for you,
alligators go hunting in Everglades,
Utopia,
my dreams with flying fishes and orange moons,
can’t wait for you anymore,
I will send you postcards from uncharted places,
I will leave with the first ship to the Tropics,
just wait the monsoon,
my hunter from sad Tropics
I’ve waited for you in vain
now I will leave
Route 66 and the desert,
time is flowing chaotically,
in paradise angels eat ice-cream for angels,
I will no longer wait for you,
find me if you really love me,
my angel is on vacation,
rain still falling over the city of ghosts,
paintings of Chirico,
pink dolphins swimming in Amazon,
a car from 30’s,
endless number of human cells,
the intuition of the absolute in every raindrop,
rain falling over a battlefield,
the map of the human genome,
the unfinished cathedral of Gaudi,
I had a dream of you last night
you were so sad looking at me,
we are all seeking Paradise,
I will leave,
I’m tired of waiting, smoking my menthol cigarettes,
if you ever loved me
or still love me
Find me.

My first thought when I finished your exquisite poem was, "Fucking unbelievable!" But I read it over again, and then again, and it is even better than I first thought. Truly amazing!
